Each year, over 1 million people start a new business and by the end of the first year, 40% will have failed. Too many owners start their businesses thinking that if they work harder than they've ever worked before, they will realize success and prosperity. Unfortunately, working harder isn't always smarter!  Too many business owners spend all their time working "in" their business and never working "on" their business.

Today's small business owner must be the visionary, the manager and the employee, all rolled into one.  Many owners fill the role of the "worker bee" and never realize that vision and sound business management is lacking, until it's too late!

  • You've just started out and are probably working harder than you've ever worked in your life.  No matter how hard you work, things just don't seem to take off in the direction you had hoped.  Funds are getting low and you have to start generating sales soon! You wonder whether you made the right decision in starting your own business.
